Unfortunately there is no option to "fix" these. Everything is a one sealed unit. A local MINI shop had one, and I got it replaced for $250. The headlight wash didn't work on the replacement, so they took the spray from my broken headlight.

I kept the broken one, since the bulbs are still intact. Is the Xenon bulb easy to replace if it stops working?
