993 purchase considerations: C2S or C4S? (2489 views) (8203 thread views) 
Message: After three years of owning an 03 M5, it is time for a change. I've been a 993 fan since they were introduced, so it is the logical choice for me. I am currently in the market for either a 1997 or 98 coupe.
My dilemma is which model to buy. For shear bragging rights, I guess the C4S is the way to go, but what the practical side. How much difference is there on the street? I don't plan to track this car, take it out in the rain or snow. It will strictly be used on the highway and some spirited mountain driving here in northern Arizona.
All comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
