Message: According to my owners manual (page 68/69) the fuel pump relay is in the front fuse box, which makes a lot of sense, as the fuel pump is also in the front of the car. (Well, my car, anyway)

The two relays (and 3 fuses) by the engine are for the rear window defogger and heater fan, which also makes a lot of sense, as these are in the uh, rear of the car.

So now that I've cleaned all that stuff up, my defogger and heater should work great, which will be handy this summer. :-)
