| Message: | hehe, never "assume" anything! Certified mechanic or not..... I am (I was) an ASE certified mechanic, and sometimes, (no matter how hard I tried) still had an air bubble, or two, trapped in a cooling system. It happens..... Air bubbles (even the smallest air bubble) can cause problems in any car's cooling system. Just for the hell of it, let the car run for a couple minutes, and SLOWLY open the radiator cap, and see if you can purge any more air out of the system....It's worth a shot. Easy enough to do.... Once the cap is off, (car running) try squeezing the upper & lower rad hoses, and see if any more air comes out. Chris | ||||
