| Message: | | Posting messages back and forth on a forum a problem like this isn't so easy to sort out, but "any" decent mechanic should be able to figure it out in person. Its 100% repeatable in the shop, start the car, put it in park and turn on the AC and watch it start to get hot, then see which part isn't working.
Even bonehead module swapping should find it quickly, try a known working set of fans, then swap in a new controller, then try a known good wiring harness to the fans.
Put a temperature probe on each side of the radiator to see whats happening. There are only so many functional parts, one or more of them isn't working and it shouldn't be that hard to see which.
