Message: Mothers aluminum wheel polish. I also bought, but haven't used the polishing balls. So far I just put some Mothers on a cloth, rub it on, and polish it off with a microfiber.

BTW doing this while the car is up on a lift makes it MUCH easier. To really work over the wheel taking it off the car might be even better.
